The white window problem on Linux is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796421. If you keep clicking in the bottom right enough time you’ll get through the FTU and it will send you to the homescreen.

This is a great help to see it in real.
Downside for now is I can’t get it to work on both Windows XP sp2 and Linux Mint.
Both versions start up, show Mozilla, show the FirefoxOS splashscreen and then end up with a white window. We hope this will get resolved.
